We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from Orderly Mart, we’re here to help make things right.

Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same or a different product, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the item you’d like in exchange.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
